    Rachelle is the owner of both Above & Beyond in Cornwall, and Above & Beyond in Ottawa. Rachelle has followed her dreams in building an overwhelming successful Spa, not once but twice! Rachelle has been in the medical profession for ten years and medical spa profession for 15 years. As a health care provider, she has gained valuable experience with giving exceptional personal care to hundreds of clients. This has given her the knowledge of working with the old and young. She recognizes the confidentiality and professionalism that needs to be given to both men and women who are receiving treatments.

 Rachelle has received multiple Diplomas and Certificates, a Health Care Diploma and several Nursing Certificates from St. Lawrence College. A Dietary Diploma from the University of Guelph, Two Laser Certificates and Microderabrasion Certification from Clarion Medical and professional training and Certification from Smile Brite Canada.

 Evan joins the team as Administrative Assistant to the owner and his mother Rachelle. Evan will be at both locations as needed. Evan is pursuing his dreams as one day being a business owner himself. Following in his mother's footsteps Evan will eventually one day take over the Above and Beyond chain. Evan is responsible for most of the behind the scenes duties including advertising, human resources, banking and the Teams super qualified Goffer! Occasionally he can be seen behind the reception desk greeting clientele and performing reception duties.

 Angela joined the Above & Beyond team in September 2012 as Spa Manager. After completing her training at the Academy of Cosmetology and Esthetics in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in April 1993, she moved back to Ontario to begin her career.

Angie has worked in a number of salons and has owned her own salon. With more than 20 years of experience. Angie can make your hair dreams come true. Angie is constantly training to improve her skills and learn new techniques. She attends regular training courses and hair shows to keep herself up to date with the newest and latest fashion trends. Her favourite services are colour and foil transformations and special event styling. Angie has become famous in the Cornwall area for her magnificent and one of a kind up-do's. Always the favorite for proms and weddings Angie's creativity flows through the masterpieces she creates for your special day! Trained in Matrix Colour and AG Hair Care, Angie can assist you achieve your styling goal. 

 Dawn Borris Hair Stylist and Laser Technician in the Cornwall location. Dawn joins are team as a profession hair stylist with over 25 years experience in the industry. Dawn received her Hair Stylist Diploma at Art and Technique in Cornwall. Specializing in Colour, Dawn has been trained on many lines and is exceptional in her qualifications and acknowledgement as a Colour Specialist. Another one of Dawn's specialties is the traditional roller and set service. Dawn also offers facial waxing. Dawn also has obtained her Certification as a Medical Laser Technician through the Ottawa Academy. Fully trained and Certified on both Diode and IPL laser Dawn focuses on Laser Hair Removal Treatments. Her professionalism and attentiveness makes her the perfect person for the job.  

 Emmily has been with the Cornwall Above and Beyond team with over 6 yrs experience. Emmily has received her Esthetic Diploma from Elegance school of Esthetics. Emmily is also our main Microblading Technician. She has obtained her Certificate through the Center of Permanent Makeup. She also holds a certificate in Blood Borne Pathogens to ensure the safety of her clientele. Her passion in creative arts has brought her to follow her dreams of creativity that is shown in her passion for designing the perfect set of eyebrows!

Emmily also holds a diploma as a Medical Laser Technician from Ottawa Academy. She is trained and Certified in both Diode and IPl Medical Laser Treatments. Emmily provides anti aging treatments using proven modern technology through IPL Laser. She is also trained and Certified as a Dermalogica Skin Care Specialist and can help address all your skin care needs.

Jason comes to us with 25 years in the beauty industry includes an array of certificates and diplomas including Aromatherapy Manicure, Aromatherapy Pedicure, Nail Technician, Epilation, Makeup Artists, Ear Coning, Reiki Level 1, Ear Piercing and Professional Esthetician.

Jason's work experiences include Retail Skin Care Specialist, Retail Makeup Artist, Retail Cosmetologist and Retail Esthetician where he trained with leading professional makeup, skincare and hair care companies.

Jason's keen eye for perfectionism and attention to detail, he makes sure each client walks away with perfect nails and polish.. 

 Briley joins the Above and Beyond Cornwall Team as a Full-time Esthetician, Make up Artist and Junior Hair Stylist Apprentice. After choosing a career in Esthetics and following her passion for the Beauty Industry, Briley is a graduate from Versailles Academy. Briley specializes in full body waxing for both male and female clientele, manicure, pedicures and make-up artistry.

Briley has also continued to pursue her interests as a Hairstylist. She has recently completed an Introduction to Hair Styling through Elegance. She was extremely lucky to have started her career apprenticeship under one of the most talented Hair Masters around! Vivid and vibrant colours are always on her creative palette while she completes the perfect hair masterpiece!

 Danika Matte has recently joined the Above and Beyond Medi-Wellness & Beauty Spa Team. She is a recent graduate of the Medical Esthetics course at Versailles Academy of Makeup-Arts Esthetics in Ottawa. She is fluent in both English & French and is looking forward to pampering the Above & Beyond Medi-Wellness & Beauty Spa clients with all of their esthetics needs. She excels in mani-pedi's, facials and massages.

Danika is enthusiastic and hoping to expand and continue her studies in the medical Esthetics field this Fall/Winter. She takes her craft seriously and is eager to provide excellent care and service to any new and existing Above and Beyond Medi-Wellness & Beauty Spa patrons.
 

Ms. Janelle Lebrun

Janelle has graduated from Versailles Academy of Hair receiving her diploma in 2022. She is fluently bilingual in both English and French.

Janelle views things open mindedly and with confidence giving her the upper hand when coming up with the perfect colour for you.

Janelle continues honing her skills in the Hair styling world with up to date trends and techniques through ongoing courses and education.  

She will be also adding Barbering to her belt and taking the course through Ottawa Academy over the next few months.

Her specialities include Colours especially blondes and coppers. 

Let's Welcome Janelle and all her clientele to her new location at Above & Beyond and take advantage of Our lower rates that We provide. 

She is also taking New Clientele if anyone needs a change.

Ms. Amber Jodoin has been  a hairstylist for 10 years. She graduated from Algonquin college in 2013 with a diploma in Hair dressing.

Amber worked in Ottawa for 3 years before moving back home and completing  my hairdressing License. She has  been a licensed stylist since 2015  specializing in color, haircuts, and updos. 

Her favorite part of the job is seeing people’s smiles as they leave with the hair of Their dreams!  
 

Stephanie joins our team  

With over 18 years experience in the hair industry, Stephanie has continuously made a long lasting impression. Graduating from Art and Technique, in Cornwall, Ontario, she has the gift of art and attention detail.
Prioritizing customer service, Stephanie thrives on building long lasting relationships. 
Furthering her career, Stephanie studied Fashion Marketing from LaSalle College in Montreal, Qc. Marketing brought her to Toronto, working with top luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton. 
Her passion and  creativity is an asset for our team. Stephanie’s attention to detail is apparent in her colour blending techniques in hairstyling. 

She is a strong stylist in the field and we are so happy to welcome her to the Team 

Chrystal is back on a casual basis by popular demand from our previous Ottawa clientele.

Chrystal received her Laser Technician course from the Ottawa Academy.

She was the Manager and main Laser Technician at our old Ottawa Location.

She now welcomes her previous clientele to join her in Cornwall for the same amazing service she once provided.

She is open on evenings and weekend to accommodate the drive and peoples work schedules.
